網紅的藏寶箱Yay! We did it again!
Deon took a week leave after Nanny left to help out at home. We took the opportunity to experiment going out bcos it's less crowded on weekdays. I must say, we have hit many little milestones this week and i am so freaking proud of ourselves!
Today, Layla was fussing and crying a lot right before we left the house, cos she was tired and wanted to nap instead of going out. Deon got affected by her crying and wanted to give up. But we went ahead anyway.
It wasnt so much bcos we had to eat that bowl of ramen, or go to a mall, or bcoz we had already dressed up, or that i had already prepared a bottle of milk. It's bcos if we gave up this time, we will end up feeling scared to go out in the future bcos she cries. It's more forgiving when it's just 2 of us.
We also changed her diaper in a mall's toilet for the first time today! Like what you all said, practise makes perfect. If we don't practise, we will never get better. Thank you for being such an inspiration @minshanlai. Whenever i feel scared, i think of how you did all of those things by yourself! You make it look so easy! Really kudos to u 👏!
